Bodega Harbor, California Bodega Partners Residence This modern style and "Hi-Tech" house was built on a beautiful hillside site overlooking Bodega Bay. Intended to be used as a weekend retreat, it has two full master bedroom suites, sauna, enclosed garden in the entry sunspace. The project involved extensive custom glazing and a variety of innovative construction techniques and materials including passive solar heating with thermal mass and a solar powered domestic hot water system. Built with a very high level of attention to detail, Koa, teak, walnut, and ash cabinetry were all from Hammond Fine Homes' woodwork. - Rushton Chartock, Architects
